How is this different?
Bridging the gap between free, unsupported templates and high ticket coaching.
Run sessions are adjusted to your abilities and the distance you want to hit.
There are test and re-test sessions programmed in to see how you’re progressing
Strength & Conditioning sessions can be adjusted should you not have certain equipment or if the exercises are not a right fit for you.
You can upload videos to get feedback on your technique
And all questions are asked privately through the App, not in a Facebook group (more people ask for help if they know everyone can’t read them)
How does it work?
You select what your main goal is :
ENDURE - running & strength
IGNITE - race prep
FLEX - look good naked, general fitness, running & conditioning
Then, through a getting-to-know-you questionnaire, we’ll discuss where your fitness level currently is, how far you can run, and what your end goal is.
Based on these answers, each month via the TrueCoach App a new program is loaded for you to do based on your goal.
You will be given access to all the information you need to get the most from your training and be given as much assistance as you ask for.
But if you MIA, don’t mark sessions off, and not give me feedback - I can’t help what I can see!

RUNSTRONG -
ENDURE & FLEX: 2 x strength sessions & 2 x run/conditioning sessions.
IGNITE: 2 x strength sessions & a run program more specific to your race.Private Coaching - your program is 100% designed for your body, your calendar and the equipment you have available. This is a more suitable option If you have injuries/niggling pain or require more flexibility and assistance with your training or limited equipment.

You will need access to a well fitted out gym - barbells, DBs, KBs, cardio equipment, Therabands, step platforms.
Adjustments and alternate exercises can be given but you will struggle if you just have a few DB’s and a couple of Therabands.

YES If you start out with the goal of wanting to just be able to run 10km but then you decide you want to enter a race, 100% you can change plans.
Same if you start out with goal of running 5km but decide you want to add more variety to your sessions, then you can always move to the FLEX program.

RUNSTRONG - there is a high level of personal accountability and ownership to get the most from your training., You won’t be chased to get your sessions done.
Private Coaching - you are expected to take responsibility for your training, diet and lifestyle, but you will be followed up if you aren’t sticking to the plan or need a pep talk / phone call to discuss what extra help you need.

RUNSTRONG - you are given resources where you can learn to build your own diet, track your consistency and help navigate nutrition.
If you ask for guidance you will be given it, but no personalised nutritional plans are given.
Private Coaching - together we will build a sustainable diet that is specific to your goals setting targets and making regular adjustments along the way.

RUNSTRONG -
If you DON’T have access to a gym or a good variety of equipment (this does not include a few therabands and a couple of DBs)
This is NOT for someone coming back from a serious injury and needs major adjustments.
This is NOT for someone who isn’t ready to take ownership of their results. You will get out what you put in, and if you aren’t willing to put in, it will show.
