Strength might be your main focus but you also don’t want to neglect your cardiovascular fitness. This program is a mix of strength, endurance and some fun, hard, all out sessions.

Welcome to my world. A place where my passion for running and weight training combine with my desire to help people become the fittest, healthiest, strongest, most resilient versions of themselves.

Running and lifting have been a big part of my life since my late teens and I’ve been coaching for over 12 years. Through I’ve done countless courses and mentorship programs and events over the years and through this and my desire to always learn and grow, I created RUNSTRONG.

I wanted to give people access to simple yet effective training programs that are affordable

and helpso they have someone in their corner to help and guide them along the way when they need it the most.
