A subscription-based program offering a comprehensive approach to strength and running. Elevate your fitness with full body strength training and run sessions that are designed to build a solid foundation of health and unstoppable fitness, keeping you in the race for longer.

The Program:
4-5 training days per week with gym access required - barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machine, gym floor machines and cardio equipment. Programs are delivered through the TrueCoach App where you receive detailed exercise and session explanations.
