With over 12 years of coaching experience, 20+ years in the gym, and countless races under my belt, I’m here to help you discover what you’re truly capable of both in the gym and out on the pavement. 

My goal is simple: I want to help you become a strong, efficient runner who can keep you doing your thing for as long as possible while building the body that you want.
